The diversity of the countryside and the Jurançon vineyards offer breathtaking panoramas with the Pyrenees as a backdrop. So get on your bike and enjoy family cycling, with friends or on your own through typical Béarn villages.
Marked circuits and itineraries
Choose from 46 signposted cycling itineraries for all levels. From the Jurançon vineyards on the hillsides of Monein to the medieval city of Orthez, these rides are equally suited to families and seasoned cyclists. In all, over 300km of marked trails offer unique views of the Pyrenees and the Béarn countryside. The Orthez-Biron leisure center is the ideal place for a bike ride with the little ones on a 3.6km trail along the lake and playgrounds. For the more adventurous, there are 14 circuits dedicated to mountain biking through the woods and fields of the most beautiful villages in the Coeur de Béarn.

The Vélosud greenway promises safe, family-friendly rides along the banks of the Gave de Pau. This trail, reserved exclusively for bikes and pedestrians, offers beautiful panoramic views of nature and the Gave de Pau.
